Picture this: It’s the summer of 2016 at a small high school in Brooklyn, New York and love was definitely in the air this day…

Transit Tech was having a back to school event this day, and that’s where it all began.
Shiva and Teresa locked eyes and sparked up a conversation, and just as they were about to exchange numbers - there was the school bell. Shiva didn’t give up though, he always found himself standing outside of Teresa’s classes trying to keep her attention on him. The more they saw one another, the more evident their mutual chemistry became.

They didn’t start dating right away, but eventually the stars began to slowly align for the couple . One evening, Shiva decided he wanted to rekindle their friendship - so he made the first move. He called Teresa to ask if he could take her on their first adventure, and they planned their first date as the train passed by in the background.

Little did they know, this is the moment they would begin falling in love with one another.

From that day on they continued building their relationship and enjoying all that life had to offer.

High school had passed them by, their challenging college semesters, blissful summer breaks, long awaited graduations, exciting travel experiences, and new careers. Throughout it all they have always been, and will forever be supportive of one another.

We are absolutely thrilled and can’t wait for the journey ahead of us - as we begin our life together as a couple. We can’t wait to celebrate our first chapter of marriage alongside our loved ones!
